Request for proposals – Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Support Services for the Project “Demolition of Destroyed Buildings and Management of Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) in the Kyiv Region , Ukraine”

Nefco invites consultancy companies to submit proposals for the Assignment: “Demolition of Destroyed Buildings and Management of Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) in the Kyiv Region – Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Support ” funded by the Nefco Green Recovery Programme for Ukraine. The objective of the project is to carry out pilot demolition of destroyed buildings and manage associated waste streams in a manner preventing risks to safety, health and environment and in accordance with the principles of circular economy.

Budget: Funds for consulting services of up to EUR 120,000 are to be made available by the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs under the Nefco Green Recovery Programme for Ukraine.

Indication of Interest: Inform Nefco by e-mail to procurement@nefco.int with copy to Vitaly.Artyushchenko@nefco.int and anna.minakova@nefco.int, not later than 28 April 2025 if your firm intends to submit a proposal.

Questions and Answers: All questions on the Terms of Reference or the other documentation in the Request for Proposals shall be provided in writing to Nefco by e-mail to procurement@nefco.int with copy to Vitaly.Artyushchenko@nefco.int and anna.minakova@nefco.int no later than 5 May 2025.

Submission of Proposals: Proposals must be submitted to Nefco strictly no later than 12:00 hrs local time in Helsinki on 23 May 2025.
