Invitation for Tender – Upgrade of district heating system in Vinnytsia

This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 15 May 2024 for the Project “Upgrade of district heating system in Vinnytsia”, published on the Procurement Notices section on Nefco’s website.

Public Utility of Vinnytsia City Council “Vinnytsiamiskteploenergo” (the “Purchaser”), intends to use part of the proceeds of financing from Sweden-Ukraine District Heating Fund (“SUDH”) and Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership Fund through Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (Nefco) as fund manager, towards the cost of the Project “Upgrade of district heating system in Vinnytsia”.

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract “Supply of pre-insulated pipes and fittings with additional services”. The contract will be financed by the SUDH grant.

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of Nefco financing is open to firms/individuals from any country.
