Invitation for tender – Ukraine Housing for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and Rehabilitation of Liberated Cities in Ukraine, Component II – Ivano-Frankivsk

This Invitation to Tender follows the General Procurement Announcement published in 2nd June 2023 for the EU Programme “Housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and rehabilitation of liberated cities in Ukraine, Component II”, available in the procurement section.

Department of Capital Construction of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of grant financing from the European Union (hereinafter “EU”) through the Fund Manager Nefco – the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation within the framework of the programme “Housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and rehabilitation of liberated cities in Ukraine, Component II”, to pay for the costs of the project “New construction of residential buildings with built in non-residential premises for IDPs in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk”.

The Employer hereby invites the Contractors to submit their sealed tenders for obtaining the Contract IVF-G1 “New construction of residential buildings with built in non-residential premises for IDPs in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk”, which will be financed by the funds of the EU grant.

Estimated construction budget is EUR 9,000,000 (excluding VAT).

Tendering for contracts is open to firms/individuals from any country. Based on the results of the Tender, the Employer will sign the Contract, with successful Tenderer which provided the most economically attractive price proposal that meets all qualification requirements.
