Invitation for tender – Repair of heat supply facilities in the city of Slavutych

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 4 May 2023 for the EU Programme “Repair of critical infrastructure, Ukraine”, published on the Procurement Notices section on Nefco’s website.

Department of the Infrastructure and Capital Construction of the Slavutych City Council of Vyshhorod District of Kyiv Region hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of grant financing from the European Union (hereinafter “EU”) through the fund manager the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (Nefco) towards the cost of the project “Repair of heat supply facilities in the city of Slavutych, Kyiv region”. The Project is financed by the EU under the Programme “Repair of critical infrastructure, Ukraine”.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract SLA_DH_3 “Reconstruction of the heat supply system of the microdistrict “Chernihiv quarter” in the city of Slavutych, Kyiv region”, to be financed by the EU grant.

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed by EU grant financing is open to firms/individuals from any country.

Tenders are invited for the full scope of work. Tenders submitted only for a part of the works will be rejected.

Based on the results of the Tender, the Employer will sign the Contract, namely SLA_DH_3 with successful Tenderer which provided the most economically attractive price proposal that meets all qualification requirements.
