Invitation for tender – Repair of critical infrastructure, Ukraine – Component II – Pervomaisk

This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 1 May 2024 for the EU Programme “Repair of critical infrastructure, Component II”, published on the Procurement Notices section on Nefco’s website.

Department of Housing and Communal Services of Pervomaisk City Council, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of financing from the European Union (hereinafter “EU”) through the fund manager Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (Nefco) towards the cost of the project “Reconstruction of the water supply system of Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region”.

The Project is financed by the EU under the Programme “Repair of critical infrastructure, Component II”.

• The Employer hereby invites the Contractors to submit their tenders for obtaining the contract: PER-1: “Design, supply, construction and installation works for the construction of a new line of water treatment plants in Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region”.
• The expected budget of the contract is up to EUR 2,452,000 (excluding VAT).

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed by EU grant financing is open to companies/individuals from any country.
