Invitation for tender – Repair of critical infrastructure, Component II – Nizhyn DH

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 01 May 2024 for the EU Programme “Repair of critical infrastructure, Component II” which was published on the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website (https://www.nefco.int).

Department of Housing and Communal Services and Construction of Nizhyn City Council (EDRPOU code 32009931),  hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of financing from the European Union (hereinafter “EU”) through the fund manager Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of the project “Modernization of the Centralized Heating System of Nizhyn City“.

The Project is financed by the EU under the Programme “Repair of critical infrastructure, Component II”.

• The Employer hereby invites the Contractors to submit their tenders for obtaining the following contract: NIZ-1 Design, supply, and installation works on reconstruction (unification) of local district heating networks in one combined and replacement of main underground DH pipelines of diam.150 and diam.200 mm.

The expected contract budget is up to EUR 1,716,000 without VAT.

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed by EU grant financing is open to companies/individuals from any country.
