Invitation for tender – Repair of critical infrastructure, Component II – Chernihiv DH

This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (dated 1 May 2024) for the EU Programme “Repair of critical infrastructure, Component II” published on Nefco’s website in the procurement section.

Communal Enterprise “Teplocomunenergo” of Chernihiv City Council hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of financing from the European Union (hereinafter “EU”) through the fund manager Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (Nefco) towards the cost of the project “Refurbishment of pipelines of the centralised heating system of Communal Enterprise “Teplocomunenergo” of Chernihiv City Council in Chernihiv city”.

The Project is financed by the EU under the Programme “Repair of critical infrastructure, Component II”.

The Employer hereby invites the Contractors to submit their tenders for obtaining the following contracts:

• Lot 1: Replacement of DH pipelines by new pre-insulated pipes – estimated budget of LOT 1 is EUR 4.03 million (excluding VAT).
• Lot 2: Refurbishment of heat insulation of main aboveground DH pipeline from CHP plant to distribution point  – Estimated budget of LOT 2 is EUR 0.88 million (excluding VAT). 

Tenders are invited for one or two lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders.

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed by EU grant financing is open to companies/individuals from any country.
