Invitation for tender – Supply and installation of a flue gas condenser for a biomass boiler in order to improve the provision of centralised heat supply services in the city of Lutsk

This Invitation for Tender follows the General Procurement Notice, published on 8 October 2024 in the procurement section.

State Communal Enterprise “LutskTeplo” (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) intends to use the proceeds of grant financing from Swedish contribution to the Nefco Green recovery programme for Ukraine, to cover expenses towards the cost of design, supply, installation and commissioning of flue gas condenser.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from potential contractors for the following contract to be funded from the proceeds of the grant:

LFGC-1 Design, supply and installation flue gas condenser including introduction of flue gas condenser, with heat capacity of approx. 0.74 MW, for a 5 MW biomass boiler to improve the provision of centralised heat supply services in the city of Lutsk. The boiler is adapted for the flue gas and DH return water flow respectively.

When preparing the tender proposal, participants should consider that the activities under this contract is expected to commence in July 2025 and should be completed no later than March 2026.
