Invitation for tender – Financial and environmental optimization of a part of the water supply system (Non-revenue water project for selected area of Mykolaiv city)

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 1 August 2024 for the project “Financial and environmental optimization of a part of the water supply system (Non-revenue water project for selected area of Mykolaiv city)” which was published on the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website.

City Communal Enterprise “Mykolayivvodokanal” hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use grant financing from the Danida Sustainable Infrastructure Finance (DSIF), throughout the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) as fund manager of the DSIF funded project, towards the cost of the project “Financial and environmental optimization of a part of the water supply system (Non-revenue water project for selected area of Mykolaiv city)”. The Project is financed by DSIF.

The Employer now invites tenders for the following contract(-s) to be financed by the DSIF grant:

• LOT 1. MYK W1.1: Design, supply, construction and installation works for the reconstruction of the water pipelines,
  installation of master water meters and reconstruction of booster pumping station No.1 in 7th microdistrict of
  Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv City.
• LOT 2. MYK W1.2: Design, supply, construction and installation works for the reconstruction of the water pipelines
  and reconstruction of booster pumping stations No.3 and No.5 in Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv City.
• LOT 3. MYK W1.3: Design, supply, construction and installation works for the reconstruction of the water pipelines
  in Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv City.

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed by DSIF grant financing is open to firms/individuals from any country.
Tenders are invited for each separate LOT. Tenders submitted only for a part of works (separate Lot(s)) will not be rejected.

Preference is given to proposals for a complete set of works for all LOTs.
