General procurement notice – Solar Power Plant for water and wastewater utility in the city of Chortkiv

The Assembly of Contributors to the Fund of the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership Fund (hereinafter – “E5P Fund”), established by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter – “EBRD”) within the framework of E5P Fund approved the grant in support of the Project “Solar Power Plant for Water and Wastewater Utility in the City of Chortkiv” Project  within the framework of the Nefco Green Recovery Programme for Ukraine.

The project is aimed at increasing energy efficiency, sustainability and minimising negative environmental impacts through the production of “green” electricity to power water supply and sewerage facilities in the city of Chortkiv. As a result of the implementation of the project, the customer plans to obtain a solar power plant with a total capacity of 340 kW on three separate sites, using the latest scheme of state support based on the principle of the “active” consumer tariff (Net billing). As part of the project, purchases in the amount of up to EUR 500,000 are planned. The works are expected to be completed in 2024.
