Zaporizhzhia City Council, represented by the municipal enterprise for outdoor lighting networks “Zaporizhmisksvitlo”, plans to announce a tender for the procurement of works, goods, and services under the project “Reconstruction of the street lighting networks of the Dniprovskiy district of the city of Zaporizhzhia” (the Project).
The Project, estimated total cost of which is up to 765 thousand EUR (excluding VAT), is aimed to procure the following works, goods, and services:
- development of design documentation, undergoing of a design examination, and conducting author’s supervision;
- dismantling of existing luminaires with lamps of various types and power capacities;
- installation of LED luminaires with a power range of 60-90 W and dimming capabilities;
- replacement of existing AC25 and SIP wires with a cross-section smaller than 4×25 with self-supporting insulated wires (SIP 4×25);
- installation of surge arresters;
- installation of portable grounding modules;
- arrangement of protective grounding circuits for reinforced concrete poles;
- installation of protective grounding for brackets;
- replacement of light fixture mounting brackets;
- replacement of reinforced concrete power poles in an emergency condition;
- installation of additional lighting at pedestrian crossings;
- trimming and removal of tree branches;
- disposal of dismantled lamps;
- execution of a complete range of commissioning and adjustment works.
The project is financed by the Norway-Ukraine Energy Efficiency Initiative Fund (NUEE Fund) and the Nordic Energy Efficiency and Humanitarian Support Initiative for Ukraine (NIU Fund).
Tendering under the Projects is expected to begin Q1 of 2025. Invitation for tenders for contracts will be announced as they become available.
The tender and further Contract to be financed with the proceeds of the grant funds via NEFCO as Fund Manager will be subject to the NEFCO Procurement Policy and Procedures.
Tendering will be opened to firms from any country, however the proceeds of the grant will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulations of Ukraine.
