General Procurement Notice – Introduction of up-to-date energy efficient solutions for district heating in Poltava, Ukraine

Poltavateploenergo, regional municipal district heating company, Poltava region, Ukraine (Poltavateploenergo) intends to use the proceeds of grant from Government of Sweden (up to EUR 800,000) administered by the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (Nefco), as well as own proceeds of financing (up to EUR 100,000), towards the cost of the Project “Introduction of up-to-date energy efficient solutions for district heating in Poltava”.

The Project is being implemented based on the Grant Agreement between Poltavateploenergo and Nefco dated 18 November 2024.

Project Description:

• Introduction of solar power and battery storage for the head office of Poltavateploenergo located at Polska str., 2a in Poltava.
• Introduction of solar collectors and heat pumps in the boiler house at Silskogospodarska str., 21 substituting natural gas, for the heat generation used for domestic hot water preparation and (partially) for space heating.
• Introduction of individual heating substations in two multi-storey buildings connected to the above-mentioned boiler house.

Poltavateploenergo therefore announces competitive tendering for the works, goods and services defined by the above-named project and listed below.

Contractors will be selected for implementation of contracts in the following areas:

• Supply and installation of flue gas condensers.
• Additional measures improving general conditions of the buildings or indoor environment in the buildings.

Tendering for the contracts is expected to begin in Q2 2025 and finish in Q1 2026.
