General Procurement Notice – Energy Efficiency in Municipal Buildings and Street Lighting in the city of Rivne

The City of Rivne represented by the Capital Construction Department of the Executive Committee of the Rivne City Council is planning to announce competitive tendering for the works, goods and services defined by the Project “Energy Efficiency in Municipal Buildings and Street Lighting in the city of Rivne”. Tendering for the contracts are planned to begin in the second quarter of 2024.

The City intends to use grant funds from Norway-Ukraine Energy Efficiency Initiative (NUEE) for the works, goods and services as listed below.

Within the framework of the project ” Energy Efficiency in Municipal Buildings and Street Lighting in the city of Rivne “, in 2024-2025 contractors will be selected for implementation of contracts in a total amount of about 1.3 million Euro in the following areas:

• ­ thermal insulation of building facades (including basements)
• ­ replacement of windows
• ­ replacement of the entrance doors
• ­ thermal insulation of roofs
• ­ solar collectors for hot water supply
• ­ solar power (PV) systems with battery storage
