Trond Moe appointed Managing Director of NEFCO from June 2019

The Board of Directors of the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) has appointed Trond Moe (Norway) as the new Managing Director starting from 1 June 2019. He will succeed Magnus Rystedt (Sweden), who has been Managing Director of NEFCO since 2006.

Trond Moe is a senior business executive that has spent more than 20 years of his career in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. In his multiple roles as CFO and Country Manager, he has led various projects with a focus on financing and the roll-out of telecom infrastructure in challenging markets. Furthermore, he has a broad network in Ukraine through his role in the local European Business Association. He joined NEFCO as Executive Vice President of Investment Fund Operations in early 2018.
