Ethics & compliance related issues
We are committed to ensuring that our funds are used only for the intended purposes and in line with international standards and best practices. Nefco’s Ethics and Compliance function leads our work on integrity, ethics and accountability issues.
The world is unfortunately not perfect. Should you have a reason to suspect fraud, corruption or other type of misconduct, or you wish to file complaints or report other concerns related to Nefco’s activities, for example, safety hazards or unethical conduct in projects we finance, you can report to us through our online system. Reports can be made anonymously and confidentially.
We are using a secure system (Whistleblowing Centre, WhistleB, report.whistleb.com), specifically designed for handling these types of issues. When clicking on the links below for filing complaints or reporting a concern, corruption or misconduct, you will be redirected to the platform. The submitted report will be reviewed by a law firm (Lundgrens, DK) who will make the initial assessment. If the report is related to Nefco and the substance of the report or complaint is covered by Nefco’s Legal Framework, the report will be forwarded to Nefco’s Ethics and Compliance Department. If the report in any way relate to the Ethics and Compliance Department, the matter will be handled through a process not involving any member of the Ethics and Compliance Department.
Complaints
